Terms of Service

1. The service

Eletop provides AI-generated gaming guidance: nudges, hints, boss strategies, screenshot analysis, puzzle solutions, quest walkthroughs, item locations and achievement coaching.

2. Credits

The service is prepaid with credits. One credit costs 0.10 EUR, prices in other currencies follow the current exchange rate, and the minimum order is 50 credits. Credits are consumed only when you request a service, and they do not expire.

• There are no plans, subscriptions, trials or demo accounts.
• Each service has a fixed credit price shown before you confirm it.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. Passwords must contain at least 8 characters. You are responsible for all activity in your account.

4. Payment and activation

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. Bank details are sent to your email after the order is placed. Services become available once the payment is received and matched to your order reference. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments will be added later.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy and not to resell, scrape or automate access to AI answers.

6. AI answers

AI guidance is provided for entertainment and convenience. Answers can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a warranty of any gameplay outcome.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits used in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce material changes by email. You can close your account at any time; unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.
