• Order data: credit amount, currency, promo code, payment method and order reference.
• Service data: your questions, uploaded screenshots and the AI answers linked to your account.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and essential cookies.

2. How we use your data

We process your data to create and secure your account, to deliver the credit services you purchase, to send order and payment instructions by email, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with accounting obligations.

3. Legal bases

Depending on the purpose we rely on the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, your consent for optional cookies, and legal obligations for invoicing and tax records.

4. Sharing

We never sell personal data. We share data only with processors that make the service work: hosting and infrastructure providers, AI model providers that generate answers, email delivery providers and banking or payment partners for your transfer.

5. Retention

Account and service data is kept while your account is active. Order and invoicing records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting law. You can request deletion of everything else at any time.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited to a small number of authorised people.
